Hi everyone, welcome to Bill Garvey State Farm. I am a graduate of Frostburg State University and received my Bachelor of Science. I went on to be City Councilman for Wellsburg. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and am an avid sports fan.

I am a second-generation agent and have bean working with State Farm since 1994 and have enjoyed every moment. I am proud to say I am a Legion of Honor Qualifier, Current Golden Triangle Qualifier, and Ambassador Travel Qualifier.
